Community Meditation Drop In
During this meditation practice, we will engage in Mindfulness, Focus, Open Heart, and Quiet Mind Meditation styles. Learn scientifically proven skills to improve focus, reduce stress, anxiety, and strengthen the physical brain for long-term health and well-being. You will learn both formal and informal ways to meditate to improve your emotional, relational, and cognitive functioning.
